Job Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Admin to manage our full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, including local parts sales and service invoicing.
  • This role involves local system administrative tasks, such as employee and asset data entry, and overseeing receiving activities by efficiently storing and stocking materials.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate badging system processes and audits, maintain department supplies and materials, and support leadership with monthly reporting and customer account follow-ups.

Shift: 7:30AM - 4:30PM (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $16-20/hr (depending on experience)

Hard Skills

The position is based in a Maintenance Shop with about 25 employees, with up to 10 working concurrently.
