Education, Licenses, Certifications and/or Years of Experience:
- Minimum Qualifications – 5 years Rotorcraft maintenance technical records experience.
- Extensive Knowledge of Rotorcraft required. EC225 Super Puma preferred.
- Knowledge of Safran Makila engines
- Managerial background or three years supervisory experience.
- Willingness to collaborate with others on direct team and partner organizations.
- Well organized, critical thinking, ability to analyze technical data.
- Enthusiasm for accuracy
- Aptitude to operate independently in self-directed fashion.
- Self-directed work ethic with initiative.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to improve processes or procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with WinAir.

- Ability to manage multiple duties, priorities, and special assignments on a daily basis, corresponding with operational needs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Position requires some physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and sitting for prolonged periods of time, and light lifting of boxes, bags, files, etc. not more than 40 lbs.
- Work may be in hot or cold outdoor and indoor environments.
- Finger agility for keyboarding
- Speaking, hearing, and understanding English.
