ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an Aerospace Mechanical Engineer for a space exploration company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience designing and developing fluid and propulsion systems looking to further their career in space.
- Design propulsion and/or fluid systems for spacecraft
- Responsible for full life cycle development including definition, interfaces, conceptual design, detailed design, component development, assembly, verification, and operation
- Your designs will land on the moon!
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field
- 5+ years of aerospace propulsion, fluid analysis and/or piping design
- Knowledge of valves, regulators, and pumps for cryogenics, propellants and tubing
- Use of tools such as ANSYS, Thermal Desktop and working with P&IDs
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with CREO/ProEngineer, Windchill and ProPiping
