Job Description:
Morson Talent are currently recruiting for a Production Administrator to work on the behalf of one of our reputable Aerospace clients based in Yeovil, Somerset. This role is initially a 6 month contract, with potential of extension.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- General administration for the build and repair shops.
- Moving parts/Jobs around the key functional areas, ensuring everything is in its correct place and available.
- Launching kits post survey.
- Ensuring job cards are clocked correctly when items are launched for reworks within SAP.
- Management of calibrated items. Ensuring all equipment is within its calibration date. If not, they will be transferred to and from the calibration department, booking them in and out.
- Tracking and movement of offload for each department.
MUST HAVE:
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills, both internal and external
- Knowledge or Receipt, Stores, Despatch, Transportation and Stock Checking processes.
