The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate or Experienced Business Unit Integrator to join the Boeing Global Services (BGS) U.S. Air Force (Bombers & Fighters) & Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) team supporting the F-15 sustainment programs based in Hazelwood, Missouri

This is a unique opportunity to support the BGS F-15 Sustainment Business Unit Integrator efforts within the U.S. Air Force (Bombers & Fighters) & DLA organization.

The positions will work directly with Program and Project Managers running the cost and schedule baselines, financial estimate at completes (EACs), monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis along with associated opportunities and risks as well as annual long range business plans. This position will be responsible for leading the development and presentation of both Prime BGS Profit and Loss (P&L) jobs as well as inputs to Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS).

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly financial profit and loss forecasts and annual Long Range Business planning activities, along with identifying and communicating opportunities and risks
  • Lead monthly and quarterly Estimate at Complete (EACs) for developing, analyzing and keeping control accounts, and identifying and communicating opportunities and risks
  • Establish, analyze, and maintain program baselines, including target, undistributed budget (UB), and management reserve (MR) logs
  • Maintain cross functional integration with Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S), Control Account Managers (CAMs), Finance Center of Excellence (COE), Internal Consolidators, other prime Financial Controls analysts (Business Unit Integrators), Program Management, Estimating, and Contracts
  • Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports
  • Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management
  • Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and on-the-job training to various program collaborators
  • Support management with timely and reliable financial information.
  • Develops business cases using appropriate indices

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
  • 1+ years of experience performing financial analysis, controls, or operations
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings

Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
  • 3+ years of experience performing financial analysis, controls, or operations
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations
  • Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams
  • Experience in a role that required familiarity with Estimates at Completion (EAC) exhibits and Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR)
  • Proficient developing and/or reviewing Financial Estimates at Complete (EACs) and/or financial forecasts
  • Earned Value Management experience for both full-DFARs and non-DFARs
  • Experience working with financial tools (i.e., CSPR Cobra & OPP, IRE, etc.)
  • Proficient utilizing financial systems, such as: EAS, EPAS, and Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR)
  • Experience in Excel (i.e., formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
  • Experience in PowerPoint (i.e., charts, tables, process flows)

Typical Education/Experience: 
Associate (level 2)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years related work experience, 7 years related work experience, etc.).

Experienced (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $64,600 – $80,000

Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $79,050 - $98,000
