What you need to be successful
We are looking for creative and business minded professionals with a passion for building an inclusive workplace where our people thrive.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Sociology, or related field; advanced degree or DEI-specific certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DEI role or related field (higher levels of experience will be considered), with proven experience in developing and implementing DEI programs and initiatives.
