Job Description:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Each employee must keep both the company goals and customer expectations in mind when working through the daily operations. Manage crewroom facilities, crewmember’s required material and monthly inventory. Create tracking spreadsheets and process reports as directed. Act on behalf of the Chief Pilot, the Vice President of Safety and the Inflight Manager as directed. Other duties as assigned.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
* Previous Administrative experience in a busy office environment
* Advance Computer skills to QIK, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Ability to work independently meeting specified deadlines
* Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
* Excellent writing and speaking skills
* Flexible schedule
* Excellent attendance record
* At least 18 years of age
* High School Diploma or GED
* Valid Driver’s License
 
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of basic airport procedures and fundamental job requirements of Crewmembers
* Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or other related field.
 
Work Environment:
* Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
 
Physical Requirements:
* Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds
