Are you ready to help us make the future? 

Support the achievement of Aero and support the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will be the information collection point between managers and staffs. You will partner with materials management, quality and engineering team to resolve variety problems in shop floor. You will be the liaison between the supervisor and shop floor employees in Manufacturing. You will assistant supervisor to achieve cell performance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 
•  Drive and execute new initiatives

•  Ensure projects are on or ahead of schedule

•  Implement and monitor project schedules

•  Support the Management Operating System

•  Drive culture of continuous improvement

•  Work with the factory team 

•  Manage data and report project progress and effectiveness

•  Support to manage escalation
 

 

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

 

MUST HAVE:  

 
•  1 Year of Operating Experience 

•   Must be a U.S Citizen due to contractual requirements

•  Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

•  Professional in Microsoft Office

•  Manufacturing operations experience
