Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Staff Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join the 737 Delivery Operations BPS Team, based out of Seattle, Washington.

This position will support the day-to-day business requirements for our BPS Superintendent and leadership team. The job requires travel between Seattle, Renton, Tukwila & Moses Lake as needed. The ideal candidate will anticipate & manage critical business performance reviews and team engagement (BPR, staff, recognition, meetings, metrics, operating rhythm, etc.).  The person we select will be a self-starter and motivated to help the team reach its goals. This is a fast-paced environment, located on an “active” flight line.  Attention to details and a safety mind-set are a must.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.

  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

  • Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

  • Delivers informational or technical materials.

  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

  • Develops and deploys localized training content.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Seattle, Washington.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5&43; years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint

  • 5&43; years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives

  • 5&43; years of experience in gathering and analyzing data as well as putting the information in a presentation or report for others to review

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 &43; yrs of LEAN Knowledge, using Lean tools

  • 3&43; yrs Project Management skills, leading

  • 3&43; yrs Strategic Thinking, developing plans

Typical Education/Experience: 

Mid-Level (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master&43;4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).

Senior Level (Level 4):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master&43;8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range (Level 3): $79,000.00 - $86,000.00

Summary pay range (Level 4): $100,000.00 - $108,000.00
