We are currently seeking a Employer Branding Specialist within the People Experience team, this will be a temporary position offering a 12 month contract with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.
The Employer Branding Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing the Employer Branding strategy, aimed at positioning Emirates Group as an employee of choice globally. The focus will be on attracting and recruiting top talents aligned with the Emirates Group’s business requirements. This role also involves managing all communication aspects related to candidates and internal HR communication. You will collaborate closely with the communication team, contributing a people-centric perspective to enhance the overall people experience.
In this role you will:
- Elevate our employer brand presence: Take charge of creating and maintaining a compelling presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and prominent job boards. Create and execute impactful employer branding campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders: Collaborate seamlessly with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure our employer branding efforts seamlessly align with the organizations overarching goals.
- Attract and engage top-tier talent: Innovate and implement recruitment campaigns that leave a lasting impression. Be an active participant in job fairs and career events, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Drive employee onboarding and retention: Shape robust onboarding programs that set the stage for success. Initiate engaging employee programs and implement tools to measure and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
- Track and report on key metrics of project progression and ensure stakeholders are communicated with and changes are successfully implemented.
- Work in partnership with other areas of HR to refine the employee experience and promote feedback mechanisms to influence continuous improvement.
