Role and Responsibilities

Join our Global Training Development team as Process Improvement Specialist. In this remote position you are responsible for identifying and developing required processes and work instructions, and continuously improve systems and related processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory and business requirements within our Commercial Aviation Training (CAT) organisation.

The role we are offering you

The role involves mapping, vetting, revising, and distributing processes and procedures through relevant systems, and providing ongoing guidance and support to our Commercial Aviation Training (CAT) organization to ensure adherence to standards and procedures. In this role you will also liaise with key business stakeholders and regulatory agency representatives to ensure smooth training delivery, adherence to common standards and procedures, and access to required information.

In this role you will be playing a critical part in driving process improvement initiatives and promoting adherence to standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement

  • Identify and required processes and work instructions.

  • Map, vet, develop and revise processes and supporting documentation.

  • Distribute processes and supporting documentation through CAE systems.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to the Commercial Aviation Training (CAT) organization on the operational application of processes, procedures, work instructions, and related IT systems.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to the Commercial Aviation Training (CAT) organization on management of change related to process, procedure, and work instructions.

  • Monitor and promote adherence to standards related to the use of training delivery systems.

  • Ensure that implementation processes result in key business stakeholders having access to all required information for effective training delivery.

Training Implementation Support

  • Assist with creation and approval of training packages.

  • Provide access to relevant training systems.

  • Assist with course footprint creation.

  • Assist with instructor qualification and authorization administration.

  • Assist with monitoring and promotion of adherence to training package standards.

  • Has strong experience in revamping, reorganising, and standardising complex processes.

  • Has strong technical writer skills in English.

  • Is experienced in business process mapping.

  • Has good presentation skills and enjoys explaining and summarising complex conundrums in an easy-to-understand way.

  • Has experience from the aviation or aviation training industry (desirable but not essential).

  • Brings experience from working with regulatory authorities.

Contract details & location
