Senior Analyst - Tech Ops Strategy and Performance

Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Technical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more.

This Senior Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives with the Tech Ops organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our employees and aircraft while stiving for ‘Safety First. Service Always’. This position is also tasked with seeking opportunities to optimize costs and improve our competitive position in the market as the airline and the technical operations organization evolves.

• Strategic Analysis: Assist with analytic models and develop project plans to support various strategic initiatives. Includes modeling numerous opportunities for growth, cost reduction, consistency, and innovation in addition to risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate change management activities and manage feedback loops with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
• Updates and Communications: Sustain process and technology changes by driving ongoing communication, training, and frontline engagement strategy.

NOTE: This position is based at the CSC-Willis Tower, located in Chicago, IL. and considered as a hybrid work-schedule working on a 3-days in office schedule, however, that may evolve with the needs of the company.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent experience
• Aviation management, engineering, finance, supply chain, or a related field
• 2-3 years’ of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of the airline industry
• Strong analytics background, planning and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, organizational management, identifying improvement opportunities, influencing and managing change
• Must be willing and able to work a hybrid schedule, in-office at least 3 days a week at the CSC-Willis Tower in Chicago, IL
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

• 5+ years’ of experience in data analytics, process improvement and/or consulting
