Sr Specialist, Inflight Dining and Service Standards

• This position will play a key role in evaluating new or incumbent caterers with Procurement and Finance through the RFP process for contract changes, kitchen transitions and new station start-ups.  
• The role is a part of the Inflight Dining and Service Standards team within the Inflight group.

• Support Inflight Dining and Service strategic thinking
• Drive to consistency in processes at all stations
• Track audits (both with scheduling and results measurement)
• Update and maintain SOP manuals for all stations
• Train new team members regarding Inflight Dining and Service procedures
• Prioritize schedules for station evaluations
• Recommend SOP changes to drive the business forward in reliability, profitability and accountability 

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent training/experience 
• 3+ years of catering operations experience at a airline or caterer or relevant experience 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Prior catering operations expereince at both an airline and caterer

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Practical knowledge/ experience with airline catering operations and performance
