The 737 Derivatives System Integration team with Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Mid-Level or Lead 737MAX Systems Integration - Systems Engineers to join our team in Renton, Washington. The selected candidates will support the 737-10 airplane program. As a systems engineer, you’ll work to integrate across diverse cross-functional teams to support safety analysis, requirements validation and verification, development assurance, certification efforts, and/or software/hardware development.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level (Level 3) and Lead (Level 4) Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical integration of multiple stakeholders on complex projects and lead project execution to completion.
  • Leading the implementation of safety and development assurance processes and audit lessons learned on the 737MAX-10.
  • Supporting the execution of requirements decomposition from the airplane level to individual systems.
  • Supporting management of requirements validation and verification.
  • Identify and assess project performance metrics and report to program leadership.
  • Perform functional analysis and integrate with requirements architectures and safety analyses.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across various functional and partner organizations.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 3 or more years’ experience developing, integrating, and managing projects utilizing standard project management tools.
  • Ability to use a variety of media to clearly convey information and ideas to a variety of audiences.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typical Education & Experience:

Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master&43;3 years related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Lead: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD&43;4, Master&43;7 years related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $104,550 - $141,450

Summary pay range Lead: $128,350 - $173,650
