The Honeywell Aerospace Development Program is an undergraduate rotation program. The program is designed to provide the candidate with job rotations through various functional jobs and locations to gain a broad understanding of Aerospaces end-to-end integrated supply chain before securing a position within the organization. These rotations will be in the Engineering career paths and will expose the candidate to the importance of customer responsiveness, meeting program milestones, and improving product quality. Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You will add value and expertise by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Solve problems where analysis of a situation is required to meet the requirements of the customer
  • Use problem analysis to help in developing new process and procedures
  • Provide analysis of data in support of product and process improvements

Work Experience

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree, from an accredited college or university, with a major in Engineering
  • Must have graduated, from an accredited college or university, since August 2019 or will graduate by August 2020
  • Due to export control restrictions, must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
