You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg, Germany.
About the Team
The Airbus Transverse Cabin & Livery design office is end-to-end responsible for all cabin interior curtains, placards, floor cover, partitions, emergency equipment, and external livery on all Airbus aircraft families. We design and develop to market needs, we support the final product until deployment into service and provide In-Service-Support.
Minimum qualifications
Educated master&39;s degree level in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related studies
First experience in project management at university, school or during an internship
You have good communication and negotiation skills (stakeholders’ management)
You are capable to adapt, to be proactive, to take initiatives
You are flexible to work autonomously and to collaborate with a team
English and German at negotiation level
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge in a proficient use of common office tools like PLM tools, G Suite, SAP.
Knowledge in at least one programming language or data analytics and data visualization, including tools like Qlik, G-Suite, Python, Skywise.
Knowledge in Model Based Systems Engineering
First working experience in development, simulation, validation and verification of aviation systems is beneficial.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and integrate the customized cabin equipment according to the Airline’s requests in collaboration with our suppliers.
Support technical coordination and design review meetings together with our suppliers and airline customers.
Work cross-functionally to guide the product from design to launch.
Ensure the 3D integration and the compliance with airworthiness requirements.
Create, manage and maintain the product structure and ensure proper steering.
Support the Final Assembly Line (FAL) during the cabin furnishing phase.
