What You Will Be Doing
Simulation & System Test (SST) Reprogramming Labs Project Lead. Responsible for providing project leadership and direction for the design, development, delivery and support of high-fidelity simulation/ Hardware In The Loop (HITL) test products to customers utilized in the development & test of F35 Mission Data.

This position is responsible for leading teams of engineers in the establishment of the Partner Enterprise Reprogramming Lab (PERL) in Fort Worth, TX. The selected candidate will lead a team of engineers in accomplishing technical execution of all phases of the PERL program including supplier management, development of schedules and budget baselines, overseeing proposal activities, and communicating technical and program status to internal and external leadership.

The PERL Project Lead position requires a candidate with broad experience in Earned Value Management (EVMS) as a previous CAM, CI, or SI. Moreover, a demonstrated history of effectively leading large-scale technical integration projects is required.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering (STEM) or bachelors degree combined w/technical experience.
- Earned Value Management / Control Account Management training and experience.
Desired Skills:
- Advanced degree preferred
- Knowledge and experience in Hardware in the Loop Simulation
- Experience across multiple technical disciplines to provide a full system and support solution to customers.
- Experience communicating effectively with senior and executive level management (VP and Director) and customers.
- Project Management experience
- The candidate should have demonstrated leadership skills and experience.
- Experience with project schedule development and
- Critical Path Methodology
- PMP certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
