Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in seeking a full-time Harness Design Engineer for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) in Fort Worth, Texas. A successful candidate will apply technical expertise in developing solutions to aircraft harness design problems. Responsibilities for this position may include:
- Electrical interconnect design including system interface integration, wire harness design, fiber optic harness design, coax cable definition, molded cable definition, and product support.
- Development of schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical wiring modifications.
- Utilization of established processes and tools to input required changes in the LM engineering database.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with Capital Logic, Creo, Cameo, or similar Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of industry electrical wire harness assembly fabrication and installation methods and processes
- Experience with aircraft harness, wiring or cable design/schematics
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
