This position reports to the Manager of Systems Engineering R&M and Training on the ADP program. The candidate is responsible for Vehicle Systems Reliability and Maintainability Program efforts to improve Aircraft Mission Capable rates and ensuring effective interface with the Engineering Design, Specialty Engineering, and Sustainment organizations. The candidate will provide the required Reliability and Maintainability Engineering training, procedures, and guidance documents for the program product teams. The candidate will allocate requirements; assists suppliers/IPTs with understanding and meeting requirements. The candidate develops, manages, and adheres to budget and schedule plans and commitments.

Basic Qualifications:
-BS STEM (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautics Engineering or related technical degree)

-Experience performing Allocation & Reliability Maintainability Predictions Analysis

-Experience developing FMEA / FMECA Analysis
-Develop Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)

-Experience with FRACAS (Failure Reporting Analysis Corrective Action)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Reliability Center Maintenance Analysis (RCMA) and Level of Repair (LORA) tool.
- Experience in systems engineering full life cycle (development &/or decomposition and application of processes and tools)
- Experience advising and conferring with engineers in scheduled Review Meetings while reviewing reliability findings and recommendations.
- Experience recommending design using knowledge of reliability engineering and other technologies.
- Experience effectively managing the balance between the maintainability and logistical program requirements.
- Knowledge and experience with probability, statistical concepts, and mathematical modelling
- Knowledge of product, environmental and reliability testing or manufacturing engineering
- Systems engineering and production / support equipment design
- Requirements development, design, problem analysis and resolution
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
- Experience working with Military Partner / Customers
- Ability to travel as needed

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
