What does a
Sr Test Engineer do for Allegiant?
·Provide the full range of test, validation,
verification and evaluation solutions to ensure that all IT products and
services meet Allegiant standards and are performing to defined design, cost,
schedule, and performance specifications/capabilities. Take ownership of a
functional project and support release tasks as needed until post production.

·Taking ownership for
the quality of functional projects

What are the minimum requirements to be a Sr. Test Engineer?
·Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective troubleshooting skills in resolving complex issues.
·Ability to effectively communicate with others at all levels of the Company both verbally and in writing. *Demonstrates a courteous, tactful and professional approach with employees and others.
·Ability to perform and orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously.
·Previous experience managing testing efforts involving people from various disciplines in a fast paced and resource limited environment is required
·Demonstrates excellent process, documentation, team management, and problem solving skills
What other skills, knowledge, and qualifications are needed to be a Sr. Test Engineer?
·Minimum five (5) years of experience in Software QA.
·Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems is preferred
·In depth knowledge of planning, design and execution of all aspects of testing including: Functional, Integration, Load, and Regression testing.
·Experience with end to end process of software product release, including reporting
·Experience working with testing resources in a quality assurance team
·Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
·Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986.
