CEO/President

We have partnered with a private aviation software company who is an innovative startup poised for major growth. Our client has created an all-encompassing private aviation platform connecting owners, operators and flyers, pioneering the ridesharing revolution of private aviation and providing a greener and more cost-effective flight path for all who use it. As they ramp efforts toward broad expansion, they are seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer/President to spearhead and execute plans to drive the company’s growth forward. This position is currently remote with a plan to transition to an in-office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
  • Fortify a stable foundation for the company to sustain fast and steep growth.
  • Expand the current team and stand up a physical office.
  • Identify and execute opportunities that fuel growth.
  • Establish and maintain key partnerships and alliances that further the company's objectives.
• Risk Management:
  • Be proactive, not reactive, in identifying, mitigating and avoiding potential risks that may impact the company and its growth trajectory.
• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and enact a strategic direction for the company.
  • Drive the formulation and implementation of strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Stakeholder Relations:
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with investors, board members, and other key stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate the company's vision, goals, and performance to both internal and external partners and the public.

• Previous experience as a CEO, President, or in a similar executive leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in leading small to medium-sized startups through rapid growth phases.
• Proven entrepreneurial experience and knowledge.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
• Legal experience/knowledge preferred.
• An understanding of both niche industries (Private Aviation and Tech) preferred.
