Description:Performs financial analysis for Production Operations and Quality. Selected candidate will be responsible for business operations activities including cost & schedule management, cost prevention, and support proposal pricing for a program. Candidate will prepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports, hours per unit (HPU) charts, manpower detail reports and recommend cost reduction initiatives through participation in Kaizen and Lean events. The primary site is in Orlando but occasional interface and/or travel to other LM sites may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college. Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of MFC financial and estimating systems. Cost management and estimating experience in a production or financial environment. Knowledge of general production and quality processes. Exposure to touch labor cost management and estimating. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
