Description:This position will be responsible for providing finance support and analysis for Global Readiness Solutions (GRS) F-35 Sustainment RPTs (Reporting Performance Teams). Provides financial guidance to maintain financial alignment and meet customer expectations.

Ability to apply understanding of the finance discipline to tasks including development of variance analysis, budget forecasts, plan performance, and risk and opportunity management.

Development of performance metrics and preparation of related reports

Coordinate & prepare monthly financial reviews with GRS finance leadership.

Provides other financial support as required (e.g., Intra-company Work Transfer Agreement (IWTA) administration, billing coordination, IWTA funding coordination/reporting/tracking).

Develops solutions to complex business problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.

Provide data to support audits and other special projects.

Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college

Experience with financial analysis and developing metrics

Experience with financial modeling, and supporting leadership decision making
Desired Skills:
Experience with financial planning / forecasting

Proficient with MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Familiarity business systems such as SAP, Cobra, Editor, eIWTA, Tableau, and Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE)

Experience with Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash (OSEC)

Working knowledge with IWTAs processes and billing requirements

Ability to coordinate with multiple partners

Verbal and written communication skills with a process improvement-oriented mindset

Strong organization, analytical, presentation, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,600 - $153,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $71,000 - $136,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
