Boeing is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Specialist (Level 2) for our Warner Robins, GA facility. 

The Supply Chain Specialist will be an integral member of a team which is part of a 24/7 call center (weekend, holiday or second/third shift support may be required) fulfilling exigent aircraft parts and material needs where first time quality, rapid response and customer satisfaction are of the highest importance. Candidate(s) will be required to be able to use systems and tools to determine part availability, alternate part or next higher assembly applications and best sourcing options to fulfill customer requirements within defined time sensitive performance parameters. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is recommended but not required.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options: Warner Robins, GA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in analyzing post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities.

  • Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders

  • Processes material returned from customers.

  • Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance.

  • Mitigates risks and issues.

  • Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement

  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning

  • Ability to travel 10 of the time.

  • Willing and able to work a variable shifts.

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management).

  • 4+ years’ experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years related work experience , 7 years related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $63,750- $86,250
