Job Description:
  • Maintain and repair the avionic and mechanical equipment needed to make planes operate safely.
  • This includes repairing, inspecting and maintaining the structural, mechanical and electronic elements of the aircraft, replacing parts, measuring wear and assessing whether parts need repair or replacement.
  • Aircraft mechanics use a wide variety of diagnostic devices, computers, hand and mechanical tools to assess and fix aircraft, and maintain aircraft standards as required by the Federal Aviation
  • Resume needs to show experience working in landing gears, engines, line maintenance, flight controls, rigging, etc.

Job Requirements:
  • Read and use Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated parts Catalog, Blueprints, ATA Codes, Service Bulletins, routine and non-routines and other related maintenance documents in order to troubleshoot and effectively complete work assignments.
  • Complete all tasks to the quality standards of client, FAA and our customers approved maintenance manual.
  • Perform work within estimated or budgeted hours.
  • Perform such typical maintenance operations as the removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components that require bolting, torquing, adjusting rigging and safety wiring, including powerplant and flight control removal and reinstallation.
  • Repair, modify, replace or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness.
  • Promote a culture of safety my monitoring self and others to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by the client Team Member Safety Manual.
    7. Ensure that client and customer aircraft maintenance documents are accurate and properly annotated.
    8. Use and operate safely all ground support equipment, (i.e., Main Lifts, Scissor Lifts, etc.)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A&P License required and Two (2) years of major commercial aircraft line maintenance experience.
  • Must have own tools
  • Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.

Salary Range: $24/hr.-$24/hr.
Relocation: Per diem for qualified candidates
Travel: must be able to relocate if need it
