ALT 2024 - Apprenti(e) en Systèmes de Maintenance et dEnregistrement (f/h)

Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée  Apprenti(e) en Systèmes de Maintenance et d&39;Enregistrement (f/h)  vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Customer support engineering sur son site de Toulouse - Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 17 personnes au sein du département 1SYA en charge des systèmes avioniques.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 3 ans. 

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d&39;être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Vous analyserez tous les événements en service pour identifier les impacts potentiels sur la sécurité, la navigabilité, la fiabilité, la qualité, le coût de possession, le confort des passagers et de l&39;équipage, ainsi que les coûts opérationnels.

• Vous identifierez et résoudrez également les problèmes en service en surveillant les événements, en identifiant l&39;impact sur la flotte, en analysant les causes et les solutions en coordination avec l&39;ingénierie et les programmes.

• Vous contribuerez également à l’amélioration de la maturité et de la fiabilité des systèmes avioniques

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine de l’ingénierie aéronautique pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 3 ans.

• Intérêts pour l&39;avionique

• Intérêts dans les opérations aériennes

• Esprit de service

• Compétences pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes externes des équipes multifonctionnelles dans un environnement multiculturel,

• Esprit d&39;équipe, adaptable, flexible et ouvert aux défis continus, fiable et tenace,

● Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : avancé

Français : négociation

You will join 1SYA department in charge of Customer support avionic systems

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 3 years.
This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:

• You will analyze all in-service events to identify potential impacts on safety, airworthiness, reliability, quality, cost of ownership, passenger and crew comfort,as well as operational costs.,

• You will also identify and solve in-service issues by monitoring event, identifying fleet impact, analyzing causes and solutions in coordination with Engineering and Programs.

• You will also contribute to the improvement of avionic systems maturity and reliability.

Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of aeronautics or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 3 years.
You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Interests in avionics

• Interests in Airline operations

• Service minded

• Skills to work in close collaboration with Multi Functional Teams  external stakeholders in a multicultural environment,

• Team player, adaptable, flexible and open to continuous  challenges, reliable &tenacious,

- Language skills:
English: advanced
French: negotiation

Our selection process

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.
The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
