EDUCATION:
- High School education or equivalent is required.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant license preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to read complex blueprints and drawings, advanced shop math and knowledge of aircraft manufacturing principles.
- Minimum of 5 years. preferred 10 years sheet metal, tooling, fabrication, airframe assembly, or related experience required.
- Must strongly exhibit Textron and Textron Aviation values and business conduct guidelines. Strengths include strong peer relationships, conflict management, action oriented, approachability, and able to deal with ambiguity.
