Summary:

Employee will receive damaged part and evaluate to determine what repairs need to be done, they will note what job needs to be completed and what tools will be required to complete the task.  Need someone who can think through the process of the repair and to be detailed.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate doublers, small angles, and clips
• Remove dents from leading edges.
• Layout fastener patterns, drill, countersink, remove/install fasteners, cut sheet metal

Specific experience required:

• 145 repair station experience
• Two (2) years experience in all phases of maintenance repairs and modifications of aircraft structural components
• Ability to read blueprints and use all basic sheet metal shop equipment and tooling
• Ability to read structural repair manuals
