Job Description:
Read and interpret Engineering Drawings.
Identifying different forms of damage corrosion, gouges, cracks , chafing.
Measure the damage and material thickness using tools such as scales, micrometers, depth gauge and dial calipers.
 
Major and small skin repairs, Remove and replace parts and fabrication of parts- sanding, drilling, cutting, bending and forming.
Install parts and restore original finish all per required repair Manual.
 
Perform a variety of operations to assemble and fabricate major assembly structures such as fuselage panels and bulkheads, and structural sub-assemblies.
Aligning parts on jigs using templates and fixtures. Performing part-fitting operations such as filing, sawing, burring, crimping, trimming, framing, riveting.
Job Requirements:
  • 3 years Experience Heavy C-Check type work on Boeing 737 or 757.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
  • Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds.
