In your role as a the RMS Cyber Ops & Strategy Lead you will enable the RMS Cyber Resiliency organization to efficiently operate while engineering cyber resilient systems. In this role your will ensure the implementation of common, tailorable business practices to improve performance and reduce business process frustration.
The responsibilities include implementation and oversite of business planning, measurement and analysis expertise across Cyber Resiliency to meet or exceed program and organization goals.

You will support the RMS LoB Cyber Resiliency Senior Managers and Chief Architect to ensure that processes are meeting business needs and implemented consistently across the business.

You will be a primary advocate for efficiency & commonality in: 1) execution, 2) proposal/BoE implementation and 3) strategy implementation to ensure re-use and the highest performance of the RMS Cyber Resiliency team.

Cyber Ops & Strategy Lead Other responsibilities:

• Providing accurately and timely manpower forecasts and
staffing resources on programs.
• Ensuring appropriate levels of coordination and
collaboration with other engineering resources and
stakeholders on programs.
• Standardization and consistent application of Cyber
Resiliency organizational processes, methods, techniques,
and tools.
• Ensuring team performance meets or exceeds all
performance objectives (cost, schedule, and technical)
• Engineering Project Management
• Providing support for program planning, management
• Support proposal development and cost estimating
activities
• Support FLMs with resource planning & management
Earned Value & Control Account Manager (CAM) for
Cyber Cost Accounts
• Organization Measurement and Analysis
• Facilitate and support monthly operations management
& review (Organizational, LoB & Program Level)
• Support 1LMX & IRAD Management to ensure efficient
use and application of funds
• Provide EPM & Scrum Master duties and functions

Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Final
Secret Security Clearance prior to starting the position.

This requires US Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or equivalent lead experiences.

- Experience in EVM, CAM responsibilities and/or process
development/implementation.

- Demonstrated experience with presenting and working
with Senior Leaders.

- Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Final
Secret Security Clearance prior to starting the position.

This requires US Citizenship.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $128,900 - $247,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
