What you’ll do:

  • Working with the Director, ERP and other ERP specialists, manage the evolution of StandardAero internal and external platforms, products and solutions.
  • Provide the blend of business and technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems. 
  • Proactively coach and manage a team of ERP Business Analysts to develop a strong solution strategy that delivers business outcomes. 
  • Support the Quality Assurance cycle by assisting the testing team, and work with business owners to develop test case scenarios for functional enhancements.
  • Support Project Management team with budget estimates, timeline development and oversight support during project execution. 
  • Research production system issues as they arise and manage the process through to problem resolution.

What skills you will require:   

  • 7+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining large scale Tier 1 ERP systems  
  • 10+ Years of relevant experience in IT role with increasing responsibility
  • Planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, decision-making, oral and written communication skills along with ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the organization 
  • Post-Secondary education in a related field of study or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel.  Requirement varies but possibility of approx. 2-8 weeks per year of international travel may be required.
