Job Description SummaryThe HR Product Release & Data Quality Leader sits within the HR Systems group of the Workforce Experience & Insights team (WE&I). As the the HR Product Release & Data Quality Leader, you will be responsible for working directly with the HR Systems Product Leads on product roadmap, continuous improvement initiatives, product releases and data governance. You will be responsible for refreshing a rolling, multi-year product roadmap, meeting with the product leads and respective stakeholders to gather priorities. You will partner with the HR Systems product leads to coordinate the various product releases across all our HR systems, maintaining a holistic release calendar and collaborating across all functional and technical teams encouraging teamwork. In addition, you will establish a WE&I data governance council, defining and setting quality standards for HR; lead a global team that supports data privacy, user access consistency, and product acceptance testing.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Refreshing of the rolling 3-year HR Product roadmap
    • Meet with product leads and respective stakeholders to gather priorities
    • Work with the HR Systems team and WE&I on reviews, scheduling sessions, surveying needs, etc.
    • Help inform the Solutions Delivery teams of HR Systems transformational items
    • Help HR systems team develop business cases, resource needs for solutions that are system related
  • Ensuring that any request/solution brought forth based off of product lead’s prioritization ties into the HR product roadmap.
  • Help project manage special projects/initiatives on behalf of HR Systems
  • Work within the HR Systems team to coordinate the various product releases across HR Systems
    • Maintain a holistic release calendar for WE&I to include quarterly releases, monthly scheduled releases, planned maintenance outages with our technology and vendors
    • Work with HR Systems product leads to confirm documented impacts – system, process, servicing and determine communication / training needs, coordinates and pulls in relevant groups
    • Communicate functional changes that may impact process maps, SOPs, training materials and user experience, working across multiple teams, cross collaborating
  • Help track capacity and budget for HR Systems
  • Establish a governance council specifically for WE&I, defining and setting data quality standards.  Research, audit and help identify gaps with data quality, specifically gaps in the process and/or product.  Work with various teams to understand problems and paths to remediation. 
  • Lead a global team that supports the following bodies of work:
    • Data Privacy:  responsible for staying current with global privacy laws and guiding team to ensure that HR data is used correctly and adheres to our global data privacy laws.  Individual will also be responsible for governing scope of authority and right to access HR data.
    • User Access:  responsible for developing standards based on our data policy, role definition and user access consistency across all HR systems, including approvals of access and regular audits.
    • Product acceptance testing:  manage the work of the product testing manager and coordinator, responsible for ensuring test events are properly conducted and system integrity is maintained.


Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 9 years of relevant work experience).
  • Minimum of five years experience in HR, HR Technology or Project Management; demonstrated knowledge and proven work experience supporting multiple cross functional HR processes and transactions.  
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global team

Pay and Benefits:

  • The pay for this position is $152,300 - 253,800. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 1st, 2024.
