Description:The Lower Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense (LTIAMD) Strategic Initiatives Program Management Associate Manager – Navy Initiatives will be responsible for the daily oversight of multiple internal and customer-funded efforts in support of the LTIAMD strategic plan.

This role will be responsible for coordinating contract execution and new development and demonstration activities between the multiple US Government agencies and LM Business Areas. Current activities include but are not limited to Integration of the PAC-3 missile segment with Aegis Weapon System (AWS) and the Vertical Launching System (VLS) and associated flight test programs.

Frequent interface with the US Department of Defense leaders, Lockheed Martin leadership and industry partners will be required.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven ability to interface with company leadership, and external customers at all levels.

Experience in program management and/or CAM experience

Experience with fast paced development

Experience with proposal process

Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in a dynamic environment.

Technical and operational knowledge of IAMD weapons systems

Air and Missile Defense experience with US Government, military and/or industry

Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to develop lasting customer relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
Desired Skills:
Master’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

PAC-3 Flight Test experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
