Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for two Program Managers (Level K) to join the Manufacturing & Safety team based out of Renton, Washington.

These positions require result-oriented Managers with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidates possess the ability to work well across diverse groups and optimally collaborate across organizational boundaries. Problem solving while relying heavily on data and analysis to drive decisions is a requirement. Transformational leadership skills will be vital to establish team engagement and lead in implementing key initiatives for our Manufacturing, and Fulfillment and Quality Managers.  Lastly, you will support the Vice President, while supporting key stakeholders in Human Resources, Learning, Talent & Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Fabrication, and Quality.

Experience in adult learning, program management, and cultural work is desirable. The positions will require travel in the Puget Sound Region and other locations in USA, approximately 20.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees that develop projects and program plans at all levels across functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion.

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

  • Manages, develops, and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton, Washington.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3&43; years of experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment

  • 3&43; years of management experience with Quality or Operations or leading managers / teams in Operations and/or Quality position

  • 3&43; years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Adult Learning 

  • Experience with Safety Culture
