Senior Program Manager
As a Program Manager at Daher within the Aircraft Division, you will coordinate and supervise the Program activity of a portfolio of projects in series and development as a functional referent. Guarantee the proper execution of program operations and customer satisfaction in terms of quality and deadlines, while satisfying economic performance objectives.Job description
- Deploy the Program strategy defined by Management in coherence with other projects of the division
- Manages projects with a multi-dimensional approach and applying in-depth knowledge in aircraft marketing, finance, project management methodologies, aeronautical technical skills
- Reports to management its risk analyses as well as the KPIs of its project portfolio
- Manage functionally, lead teams and provide them with the necessary resources
- Create and define the necessary skills and qualifications of his/her team
- Manages complex projects in complete autonomy (new client, weak TRL, complex subsystem...).
- Proposes to its Program Manager peers changes in project management, customer satisfaction management and communication methodology.

Profile and other information related to the position
- 10 years if in the aeronautical field (aircraft manufacturers or tier 1 suppliers)
- Program Management
- Project management (management of planning, costs, deadlines, quality, communication, etc.)
- Management transverse
- Contract Management & Client Negotiation
- General knowledge of Finance (budget management, file, rules, business plan, etc.)
- General knowledge of Aeronautics is a plus but not mandatory
