The ideal candidate will have strong project management & analytical skills. The role will support our Staffing/Training team, BPS/ Lean team and our Compliance team. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to details and quality matters. We need flexible team players.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
Analyzes and interprets data.
Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
Works under minimal direction.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5&43; years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
5&43; years of experience in Data Analysis.
5&43; years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
5&43; years in a role that requires effective communication to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership.
Willing and able to travel up to 25 domestically (this role is based in Seattle, but will require occasional travel to Renton).
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation (this role is primarily for first shift, but may occasionally require you to support other shifts based on the needs of the operation).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work history.
Experience with the Boeing Production System (BPS).
3&43; years of experience with the Boeing Problem Solving Model.
3&43; years of experience in staffing/hiring plans.
3&43; years of experience working on cross-functional projects.
3&43; years of experience in a production environment.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master&43;8 years related work experience, 14 years related work experience, etc.).
