Boeing is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Program Manager to lead implementation and management of the Software Engineering Demand Planning processes within Workforce Strategy. This will include driving towards a consistent instance of the Adaptive Planning forecasting system and implementing associated metrics and reporting, as well as utilizing systemic outputs to maintain a monthly position plan. This is a highly visible, iterative program that impacts all areas of the organization.
This role will be responsible for leading a program that includes defining processes and expectations for both the Software Engineering Organization and the Workforce Strategy team, integrating Adaptive Planning data across the organization in order to facilitate multiple views (financial/organizational/geographical), as well as managing the creation of internal auditing and maturity metrics.
This role will integrate across Workforce Strategy and other key stakeholders to drive near term decisions in alignment with long term goals by providing robust business intelligence at all levels of the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads development of the program architecture and top-level plans for highly complex programs
Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers
Leads the resolution of program issues
Uncovers and resolves issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs
Analyzes program metrics
Recommends program recovery acceleration plans, changes and corrective actions
Leads the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices
Conducts Independent Reviews
Develops and implements customer and program communication and contact plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor degree or higher in related field
10+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
10+ years of experience in workforce management
Experience holding a leadership position where you were responsible for leading the daily activities for a team and managing projects
Experience articulating and implementing strategy-to-action plans
Experience working in a cross-function environment and/or business unit team
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 20 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+15 years related work experience, Master+18 years related work experience, 24 years related work experience, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: 146,200 – 227,700
