The Senior Director of Business Transformation reportsto the Vice President of Business Transformation and is a member of Industrial AutomationsLeadership Team. The roleleads a global team responsible for development and execution ofstrategic projects across diverse business and functional areas to driveoverall improvementsacross IA in alignment with the Companys strategic direction. The rolewill partner closely with SBG, SBU, and GBE leadership to enable businesstransformation and growth.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Team Leadership
  • Lead a team of project managers responsible the execution and delivery of transformational projects that meet or exceed organizational expectations
  • Building a cohesive team environment through leadership of Project Managers responsible for organizational transformation projects.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to team members to facilitate continuous improvement and growth within the team.
  • Focus on professional development within team.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Ensuring understanding of, and alignment with, business and functional strategic objectives.
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders across the Company to drive project awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement across Business Operations leadership as well as partners and stakeholders across all Industrial Automation businesses, regions, and functional areas to enhance a cohesive Business Operations project management function.
  • Support stakeholders to roll out programs, achieve metrics and track milestones
  • Project Leadership
  • Manage a large portfolio of projects to ensure on budget, on schedule delivery of operational and financial benefits.
  • Translate strategic vision into project execution.
  • Understand the overall vision for the organization and translate that into actionable project plans.
  • Drive accountability for the success of the project within the team.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, implementing strategies to enhance resilience and responsiveness.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments such as finance, operations, and procurement to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.

The salary range for this position is ($231000.00 - $346,000.00). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Location: Remote with 50 travel

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years of Engineering, Business Management and/or Supply Chain Leadership
  • 5+ years of experience with Corporate Restructuring, Supply Chain Restructuring, or Mergers and Acquisitions Integrations
  • 5+ years Project Management experience
  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

  • Proven experience in a senior global transformation role

  • Strategic / Critical thinking and the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.

  • Strong Cross functional leadership experience is a key to success and drive to continuous improvement in our standard transition plans. Intense cross functional and matrixed influence skills.
  • Advanced communications/ presentation/ leadership / people skills are essential.
  • Solid understanding of key financial topics relevant to supply chain performance.
  • Strong leadership presence and excellent verbal and written skills are a must.
  • Ability to build & develop stakeholder networks across multiple leadership functions is a key success factor for this role. 
  • Very strong work ethic. Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
