You will be part of a team working in the field of robotics and automation. You will deliver creative solutions to aerospace&39;s toughest problems.

Your working environment:

Mukilteo is a waterfront community situated on Puget Sound, about 25 miles north of Seattle. This scenic area has views of the Olympic Mountains and Northern Cascade Mountains, hiking trails, generous beaches and parks, and tight-knit community involvement. We design, manufacture, and deploy innovative automation solutions that allow Airbus aircraft to be produced on time, on quality and on budget.

Salary range based on the required profile: $120,000-156,000.

Your challenges:

• Personally undertake the management of the top 1-2 project(s) for the company.
• Lead the project team towards ensuring project execution On-Time/On-Quality/On-Cost
• Act as subject matter expert in project management methodologies and provide insights and assess potential impact.
• Arbitrate between scheduling conflicts and offer resolution recommendations to management.
• Put together business cases using financial and operational data
• Establishing the project schedule and control of the project using earned value management
• Tracking tasks and actions against the project baseline

Your boarding pass:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Management or equivalent work experience

• 6&43; years proven experience working in project and program management and leading teams

• PMP Certification required

Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:

• Capability to comprehend engineering concepts across Mechanical, Electrical, Software and Systems engineering to effectively manage projects.
• Good stakeholder management: listening, negotiation, conflict management, communication and intercultural skills in an international context
• Ability to work in Microsoft Office and GSuite
• Strong knowledge of P&PM tools and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to align a team to reach the project goals
• Demonstrated effective communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills in math and science
• Able to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision in order to meet deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while dealing with a high volume of complex information and specific deadlines
