The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Senior Test Program Integrator (TPI) - Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) to join our team in El Segundo, CA. The selected candidate will be responsible for partnering with program teammates, BT&E Government Satellite Systems Test Program Manager (TPM) and BT&E execution teams to meet affordability, safety, and quality goals.  This role will help lead a successful approach for integration and test across all program efforts.

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and document standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity
  • Lead the development of test procedures
  • Apply lessons learned to the improvement of test procedures
  • Design calibration system/test fixtures
  • Develop data processing tools and algorithms
  • Generate calibration procedures and software
  • Guide others in the design of test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements
  • Oversee debriefing of the test team
  • Lead the analysis, processing and formatting of data to customer requirements
  • Approve test data prior to delivery to customer
  • Formulate expectations for test data based on historical data
  • Perform functions as required to ensure calibration system readiness and data validity
  • Train others
  • Work under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years’ experience building stakeholder and customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong execution, communication and collaboration skills
  • Can demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years related work experience, Master+7 years related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $121,550 – $164,450
