Lead Sales Excellence for the SST organization. Drive profitable revenue growth through enablement of sales teams with skills and knowledge, data, insights, tools, behaviors, processes and incentives which lead to higher sales productivity. Lead coordinating efforts between stakeholders and other functional groups to ensure alignment and profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own wing-to-wing responsibility & lead team responsible for Sales Enablement, including: sales operations, Sales & Lead Training, Sales Incentive Compensation and Sales Campaigns, Process Improvement across Honeywells Strategic Business Units (SBU) sales processes and tools, and sales outcomes on pipeline, revenue, retention and effectiveness
  • Champion Honeywell Corporate, Honeywell Industrial Automation and SST initiatives, including to drive financial, commercial, talent and other key cross-functional areas
  • Identify and lead Sales Behavior Index (SBI) related improvement actions
  • Drive Salesforce Effectiveness, Win-Loss Analysis and other key Sales management operating systems (MOS),s partnering closely with VP of Sales, VP/GMs and other functional stakeholders
  • Plan standard work processes, programs and workshops to enable sales to win more
  • Translate strategic growth initiatives to actionable sales plans and quotas supported by best-in-industry sales operations
  • Manage strong MOS with Sales VPs and VPGMs on areas of focus, improvement actions, investment business cases and results
  • Drive simplification of and provide reliable data, scorecards and insights while driving improvement actions.
  • Improve sales processes, tools, competencies, behaviors and incentives with standards that align across the larger business group(s)
  • Collaborate and be the liaison between sales and other functional groups, including offering management, customer marketing, finance, HR, IT and service

 

YOU MUST HAVE

  • More than 10 years of experience in customer facing roles (e.g. marketing, sales, business development, customer and product support)
  • Functional and cross-functional team leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills at executive levels including gaining approvals for investments through business case discussions
  • Strong influencing skills with proven ability to lead process and tool improvements
  • Strong change management experience
