The Sr. Manager,Customer Supply Chain Operations is responsible for driving the growth anddelivery output for multiple customer accounts on the ATR and BGA side. Youwill be an individual contributor and will be required to collaborateextensively with multiple functions, including operations, materials,procurement, ISC engineering, and customer business teams. The leader will workclosely with the various Directors and Customer Operations managers who supportthe various customers. You will be responsible for delivery execution,ISC growth, and delivery performance on the avionics parts out of Olathe. Youwill be responsible for communication and report outs to Honeywell leadershipand in some instances externally to the customers, with a high level ofexecutive-level visibility.
This role requires thatyou be located in the Charlotte, Atlanta, Phoenix or Olathe, KS area and you will bereporting directly to the Sr. Dir Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations -Aero.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and build effective global teams to execute supply chain procedures and process and ensure customer needs are heard and met
- Manage and control cost and maximize productivity across multiple site locations globally
- Maintain and control inventory levels
- Ensure projects are resourced properly
- Provide support to Integrated Supply Chain sites
- Track performance and drive recovery of supply chain metrics for customer
- Identify risks, issues, anddependencies
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE- 8 +years of experience in Supply Chain, such as sourcing, procurement, planning,or operations
WE VALUE- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology or Finance
- Project management or ISC experience
- Experience working with a global, matrixed company
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously using strong time management skills
- Ability to lead and drive change, and influence and mentor others
