Description:Within Lockheed Martin’s Rotary & Mission Systems, C4ISR organization, we develop and integrate command and control systems, multi-INT platforms, sensors, ground systems, and communications. We deliver systems that provide premier C2, processing, exploitation, fusion, data management, navigation and dissemination capabilities.

The C2 Ground Program, located in Littleton, CO, is focused on delivery of C4ISR solutions to our customers. This Senior Program Management position will have responsibility over the portfolio (>$90M/year in internal and external orders/sales) and will be focused on execution, product/capability development, strategy and growth. The Portfolio Sr Mgr may have direct Program Management reports overseeing day to day execution of the primary classified programs.

The Program Manager responsibilities include:
• Planning and oversight of new business and on-contract growth captures
• Multi-Level Classified Infrastructure Strategy Execution including classified networks and facilities
• Portfolio financial management
• Leadership engagement with the Line of Business, Deer Creek site, and cross-functional organizations
• Development and execution of a growth strategy for the portfolio
• Ensuring program execution throughout the lifecycle of the programs
• Customer relationship management
• Government and internal customer engagements and interfacing with functional leaders ensuring a workforce strategy to meet business needs
• Develop and manage contract execution baselines to deliver products which meet requirements on time and on budget.


These efforts are within the ISR & Strategic Effects Division, C4ISR Market Segment, and C6ISR Line of Business. This position requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline
• Program and/or Project Management experience commensurate with assignment
• Experience with multi-level classified networks and systems infrastructure
• Demonstrated leadership skills and business acumen
• Experience interfacing with and building positive working relationships at different customers at leadership levels
• Understanding of EVM, CPARs, program reporting, capital planning
• Experience with supply chain and make/buy decisions
• Experience with full program lifecycle execution and proven program delivery
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in presenting to and communicating with internal and external customers
• Capture and proposal experience
• Demonstrated experience with program growth strategy implementation
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $146,800 - $281,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
