La durée du contrat du VIE est de 24 mois.

Informations générales sur notre département

Le département du Service de formation de l’A220 a été créé il y a un an suite à l&39;intégration de l&39;A220 (anciennement Bombardier C Séries / BD500) au sein du groupe Airbus.

Le département du Services de formation A220 :

- Il est rattaché au responsable des Opérations aériennes et du Service de formation d&39;Airbus Canada et agit par délégation avec un lien fonctionnel avec le responsable du service de formation d&39;Airbus (Airbus SAS basé à Toulouse - France).

- Diriger efficacement les services de formation d&39;Airbus Canada afin de répondre aux besoins des clients en matière de formation au pilotage, aux opérations aériennes, à la maintenance, à la structure et à la fonction de dispatcher.

- Créer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie visant à développer de manière rentable les services de formation A220 dans le monde

Les services de formation A220 sont responsables de :

- Développer et fournir des solutions et des services de formation du A220 conformes aux normes réglementaires applicables et au standard Airbus :

- Développer la bonne application et l&39;amélioration continue des processus du service de formation (fournir une formation aéronautique au client et définir, développer et supporter les produits de formation et de simulation)

- La satisfaction client liée aux livrables des prestations de formation

L&39;équipe de direction d&39;ABSTT - A220 Service de formation a besoin du soutien d&39;une personne motivée possédant des compétences en gestion de projet afin de définir, développer et mettre en œuvre des projets visant à améliorer continuellement les activités d&39;ABSTT.

Tâches et responsabilités

Vos principales tâches et responsabilités seront les suivantes :

• Diriger une équipe de projet multifonctionnelle pour harmoniser le service de formation de l’A220 (établissement d&39;une norme commune en termes d&39;installations, d&39;appareils, de salle de classe et de matériel de formation)

• Contribuer à l&39;établissement et au suivi des IP du département (par exemple conformité, efficacité)

• Rendre compte de l&39;avancement des services de formation sur les projets internes en tant que point focal au niveau des services clients (Risques et opportunités, initiatives de développement durable)

• Définir l&39;approche de coût unitaire et consolider les coûts et les revenus des initiatives

• Contribue au renforcement de la gouvernance des services de formation

• Assurer la liaison avec tous les départements d&39;Airbus concernés (et fournisseurs) pour faciliter et coordonner la préparation de nouvelles initiatives

• Responsable de la planification et du maintien des feuilles de route du programme

• Proposer une optimisation des processus et des procédures et outils associés

• Contribuer à la définition et à l&39;affinement de la stratégie avec une vision de bout en bout des produits et des besoins des clients.

• Contribuer au renforcement de la gouvernance des services de formation

Compétences requises

Vous possédez tout ou en partie des compétences et expériences suivantes :

• Un diplôme d&39;études supérieures en aéronautique, en génie industriel ou dans un autre domaine pertinent;

• Solides compétences en gestion de projet, vous êtes capable d&39;établir des priorités et d&39;aligner les membres de l&39;équipe sur ces priorités ;

• Autonome, rigoureux, bon communicateur, curieux, capacité d&39;analyse et de synthèse;

• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel;

• Conscience de soi, capacité d&39;adaptation et aptitude à travailler en réseau pour être à l&39;aise dans vos interactions avec la direction et les experts en la matière.

• Capacité à développer des relations de confiance et ouvertes avec les parties prenantes internes et les partenaires externes

• Maîtrise du français et de l&39;anglais avec une excellente communication (écrite et verbale)

• Être à l&39;aise avec la suite Google et d&39;autres technologies collaboratives

In order to support the A220 Training services, Airbus Canada is looking for a VIE - Project Manager 

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The contract duration of the VIE is 24 months. 

General informations about our department

The A220 Training Services department was created a year ago following the integration of the A220 (former Bombardier C Series / BD500) into the Airbus Group.

The A220 Training Services department:

- Reports to the Airbus Canada head of Flight Operations & Training Services and acts under the delegation with a functional link of the Airbus head of Training Services (Airbus SAS based in Toulouse - France).

- Leads efficient Airbus Canada Training Services to fulfill customer requirements for Flight, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Structure and Dispatcher training.

- Creates and implements a strategy to profitably grow A220 Training Services worldwide

A220 Training Services is responsible for:

- The development and delivery of A220 Training Solutions and Services that are compliant with the applicable regulatory standards, the Airbus Standard.

- The development, the good application, and the continuous improvement of the training services processes (Provide Aircraft Training to Customer and Define, Develop and Support Training and Simulation Products)

- The customer satisfaction related to training services deliverables

- Validation and processing of services provided by internal and external suppliers and Authorized Training Providers (ATPs)

- Study and evaluate near, mid, and long-term strategic training objectives that will meet current and future customer training services needs

- Liaise with all involved Airbus departments to facilitate and coordinate the development and deployment of training solutions / materials

The ABSTT - A220 Training Services leadership team needs the support of a motivated individual with project management skills in order to define, develop and implement projects to continuously improve ABSTT activities

Tasks and Responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Lead a multifunctional project team to harmonize A220 training services (setting of a common standard in term of facilities, devices, classroom and training materials) 

• Contribute to establish and monitor department PIs (e.g compliance, efficiency) 

• Report on Training services progress on internal projects as the focal point at Customers services level (Risks and Opportunities, Sustainability initiatives...)

• Define Unit Cost approach and consolidate initiatives cost and revenue

• Contributes to strengthening the Training services governance

• Liaise with all involved Airbus departments (and suppliers) to facilitate and coordinate the readiness of new initiatives

• Accountable for planning and maintaining the Program roadmaps

• Propose optimization of the processes and associated procedures and tools

• Contribute to strategy definition and refinement with an end to end vision of the products’ and the Customers’ needs.

• Contribute to strengthening the Training services governance

Required skills

You will have some or all of the following skills and experience:

• An advanced degree in aeronautics, industrial engineering or other relevant field;

• Strong project management skills, you are able to establish priorities and align team members on priorities;

• Autonomous, rigorous, good communicator, inquisitive, have the ability to analyze and synthesize.

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

• Self-awareness, adaptability and networking skills to be comfortable in your interactions with management and subject matter experts

• Ability to develop trust and open relationships with internal stakeholders and external Partners

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication (written and verbal)

• Comfortable with Google suite and other collaborative technologies
