We are currently looking for a VIE HR Project Coordinator to join our team. As the HR Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating various HR projects within the organization. Your main duties and responsibilities will include: 
1. Project Management: Coordinating and managing HR projects from initiation to completion. This includes developing project plans, setting timelines, and ensuring that all project objectives are met. 
2. Change Management: Developing and executing change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during HR transformation initiatives. This includes assessing the impact of changes on employees, communicating changes effectively, and providing training and support to facilitate adoption. 
3. Process Reengineering: Analyzing existing HR processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. 
5. Reporting: Preparing regular reports and presentations on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations for senior HR leadership and executives review. 
6. Data Analytics: Utilizing data analysis techniques to measure the effectiveness of HR transformation initiatives, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making. 
7. Training and Support: Providing training and support to HR staff involved in HR projects. 
Qualifications: - Bachelor&39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Previous experience in HR transformation, project coordination or a similar role is preferred. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Google Suite and HR software systems. - Analytical mindset and ability to interpret and present data effectively. - Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
Fluency in French and English is required.
