Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) Ingénieur(e) Calcul de Structure (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d’AIRBUS sur son site de Toulouse- Saint-Martin.  

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du département   Ailerons et Spoilers   en charge de la conception, du suivi de fabrication, de la R&T ainsi que du suivi en service des structures ailerons et spoilers.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 2 à 3 ans. La durée maximale du contrat peut être portée à 4 ans pour les personnes reconnues travailleur handicapé .

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Dimensionnement et optimisation de structure par l&39;application de différentes méthodes (Optimisation topologique, Calcul par éléments finis, Calcul analytique...) dans le cadre de différents projets de recherche et développement ou d&39;amélioration continue

• Eventuellement conception 3D/2D et définition de concepts innovants

• Amélioration continue des procédés de calcul

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation d’un niveau BAC &43;5 - Ingénieur dans le domaine du calcul de structure ou équivalent pour un apprentissage de 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

•  Une première expérience en calcul de structure

•  Un vif intérêt pour l’innovation

•  Connaissance en conception et modélisation

•  Une maitrise des outils tels que HyperMesh/Patran/Nastran et/ou Catia serait un plus.

Savoir-être :

• Curieux (se) et autonome

•  Doté (e) d’un sens relationnel et d&39;une bonne capacité de communication

•  Capacité d&39;intégration dans une équipe et souplesse d&39;adaptation

•  Aptitude d’analyse et de synthèse

•  et pourvu(e) d’esprit d’équipe

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais  : avancé

Français : avancé

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled  Apprentice Ailerons and Spoilers Structure Engineer (f/h) has just opened within AIRBUS on its site in Toulouse.

You will join a 15 people team in the Ailerons and Spoilers department in charge of the design, support to production, R&T as well as in service support of Ailerons and Spoilers structures.

This apprenticeship will consist of: integrate ailerons and spoilers team in a multidisciplinary, multicultural and dynamic environment. You will be involved in all the phases of our products life cycle: development, support to production, in service support as well as research activities to work on innovative concepts…and all of these in the same team

You are looking for a 1-to-3-year apprenticeship contract that can be extended to 4 years for people recognized as &34;disabled worker&34;.

This apprenticeship contract can start from September 2024 (depending on school calendars).

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Sizing and optimizing structures by applying different methods (Topological Optimization, Finite Element Model, analytical studies...)

• Possibly 3D / 2D design and definition of innovative concepts.

• Continuous improvement of Stress Analysis processes

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a Master degree (BAC&43; 5) level training in the field of Mechanics and Structural Analysis or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 to 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

•  A first experience of structure analysis

•  A keen interest in innovation

•  Knowledge of design and modeling

•  A mastery of tools such as Hypermesh/Patran/Nastran and/or Catia would be a plus

Soft Skills :

•  Curious and autonomous

•  Good communication skills

•  Ability to integrate into a team and adaptability

•  Analysis and synthesis skills

•  Team spirit

Language skills:

•  English: advanced

•  French: advanced
