EXPLEO USA is currently hiring a Automotive Diagnostic Technician/Author to join our team for an exciting new opportunity On Site in Troy, Michigan!
We are looking for diagnostic authoring experience from OEMs or automotive technicians with experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, drivability concerns or other systems on a vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- This role will be diagnosing and repairing simple and complex automotive systems to author diagnostic procedures for client. We author diagnostic information using engineering feedback, and some hands-on understanding and problem solving of components and systems.
- This is an exciting position that offers the right person a chance to affect how diagnostics are written for our technicians. You will also have the ability to learn and grow your automotive knowledge while working with engineering on new and existing technology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a technician
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience and understanding of basic electrical components and electromechanical systems
- Prior authoring skills preferred
- Experience with content management systems and authoring tools such as Arbortext or Oxygen preferred
- Problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Competent with using excel, word, powerpoint.
- Able to work well with multidisciplinary teams
