This position will report to the Integrated Systems Business Integration Manager and will partner with IPTs in execution of a major program. Must be able to provide day to day support of Business Integration initiatives. A broad range of business acumen are desired for this position including a familiarity with Proposals, Contracts, Estimating, Scheduling, and Finance. This candidate will provide partnership and collaboration across multiple functions including, but not limited to: Program Management, Subcontracts Management and Business Functions. This candidate will ensure sound financial, scheduling, contracting, and pricing alignment with stakeholders. This candidate will provide strategic and tactical recommendations on how to achieve program milestones in concert with their partnered Program Management function.

This position requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive quality EVM metrics/variances, scheduling status, subcontractor status, EACs, and program risk/opportunity assessments. Must understand Integrated Program Management Reports (IMPRs). Other responsibilities will include the identification of areas for performance improvement and support the implementation of recommended corrective actions, develop and monitor program termination liability and funding forecasts, and prepare and conduct status reviews. Communication skills; both verbal and oral, will be key to success in this position since this individual will be required to coordinate across multiple program and functional competencies.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college
• Deep knowledge of one pillar of business management (Finance, Scheduling, Contracts, Pricing/Estimating), working knowledge of another pillar, familiarity and great interest to learn the remaining pillars
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) application and implementation
• Experience in creating and managing Budget Targets and Schedule Milestones
• Experience with US Government reporting requirements (i.e. Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Contract Fund Status Reports (CFSR), etc.)
• Experience coordinating managers, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and core company personnel while working in a “team” environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $71,000 - $136,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,600 - $153,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
