What you will do:

  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of exceptional cabins safety and services for our owner clients and their aircraft through the following:
  • Support the onboarding of new Chartright managed aircraft by attending new client owner meetings, procuring desired amenities and stocking of aircraft upon delivery.
  • Coordinate customer initiatives such as menu renewals, holiday gifts, client cards and gift baskets.
  • Conduct research as required to support procuring of products to meet clients’ needs. 
  • Plan and maintain aircraft commissary stock and ensure the stock rooms are organized.
  • Provide administrative support including keeping commissary records and bookkeeping as well as auditing and submitting expenses  (ie. catering)
  • Research vendor pricing and procurement of special request items
  • Audit aircraft to ensure they are appropriately stocked and ready to fly.
  • Travel to other locations on occasion to support commissary audits and requirements.
  • Ensure aircraft supplies (linens, glassware, cutlery etc.) are organized and accounted for. 
  • Assist with inspection of aircraft post grooming to ensure high standards and correction of identified deficiencies. 
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and stakeholders (i.e. Sales, Flight Operations and Pilots) to ensure duties and customer service are delivered to high and timely standards.
  • Operate client trips as a qualified Additional Crew Member (ACM) and/or Persons Assigned on Board Duties (PAOBD) up to 5 days per month (15 to 25 of travel).
  • Maintain ACM/PAOBD qualifications (training will be provided for both certifications).
  • Assist with maintenance of safety and operations training for cabin crew members.
  • Support the maintenance and validation of training records, materials and presentations for compliance. 

 

What you bring:

  • Minimum High School Diploma required; College diploma or University degree is an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of aviation experience, in a “high touch” client role; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid customer service skills – presentation, diplomacy, personable, solutions focused.
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal.   
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task & work well under pressure. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with solid attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to completion of tasks on a timely basis. 
  • Strong MS Office skills specifically Word and Excel.
  • Solid basic math skills to support administrative requirements.
  • Ability to hold a RAIC.
  • Access to own car with a valid Driver License.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 LBS from floor to shoulder level.


Hours of Work:  

  • Office environment from 9AM to 5PM
  • Occasional flying duties (travel requirement from 15 to 25) which require standing, moving, lifting, etc., for anywhere from 3 to 8 hours.
  • Ability to travel to base locations (YYZ, YKF, YLS), with occasional travel to other locations depending on assigned flights.
