Legal Counsel for aviation Insurance (M/F)

Job Description:

Nous recherchons pour notre activité Commercial Aircraft un juriste spécialisé en droit aéronautique et contrats aéronautiques (H/F) qui rejoindra notre département Assurances FTIA basé à Toulouse, France.

Vous ferez partie d&39;une équipe qui gère les assurances d’Airbus. Au sein de l’équipe Contrats , vous serez impliqué(e) dans l’étude des clauses d’indemnité, de responsabilité et d’assurances de tout type de contrat .

Vos challenges:

• Participer à la définition de la stratégie contractuelle d’Airbus en matière d’indemnité, de responsabilité et d’assurances aéronautiques, particulièrement pour les contrats de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, dans le monde entier, en liaison avec les équipe du Legal et du Procurement .

• Rédiger des clauses cadres pour tout type de contrats.

• Négocier les dérogations requises sur certains contrats.

• Point focal Assurance pour certaines entités d’Airbus en dehors de l’Europe

Votre carte d’embarquement:

• Niveau d’expérience professionnelle minimum attendu :5 ans

• Expertise technique liée au poste : expertise juridique en droit de l’assurance aéronautique et des contrats aéronautiques

• Expertise sur les clauses d’indemnité, responsabilité et assurances des contrats aéronautiques

• Détection et gestion des risques contractuels

• Rédaction de clauses juridiques

• Langues: Anglais, Français: niveau négociation

 We are looking for a Corporate lawyer specialized in Aeronautic Law and Contracts (m/f) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our FTIA Insurance department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team  responding proactively and efficiently from an insurance point of view to risks from the financial markets inherent to the Group&39;s operations at Corporate level. As part of the Insurance department, you will be involved in:

• leading the entire group insurance risk management process.
• initiating, carrying out, aggregating and to control the risk identification, evaluation and risk response process throughout Airbus Group.
• continuously develop, design and structure efficient and adequate project related insurance solutions considering the individual needs of the divisions.
• professional and efficient transfer of insurable risks to protect the assets and liabilities of Airbus Group which includes the entire benchmark and tendering chain.
• operative claims management.

Your challenges:

• Supporting the definition of the Airbus&39; insurance policy for suppliers and subcontractors worldwide, all Divisions, in coordination with the Procurement and the Legal Departments, in order to align the coverage with the risks Airbus is facing.  Drafting Templates.

• Reviewing all kinds of Supply chain&39;s contracts, identifying the gaps in coverage, negotiating for alignment on Airbus&39; policy, for Airbus Commercial.

• Insurance focal point for some Airbus&39; entities : support on contractual review requests, specific projects (M&A, Construction...), claims and any other insurance topic arising within the entity.

Your boarding pass:

• 5 years professional experience

• Technical Expertise linked to the position : Legal expertise in Aeronautic Insurance Law and Contracts

• Expertise in compensation clauses, Insurances and Responsibilities of aeronautic contracts

• Contractual risks management and detection

• Legal clauses  edition

• Languages: Negotiation level in French and English
